What is the FieldTask dashboard?
The Dashboard provides an overview of your organization’s jobs, attendance, revenue, sales, team performance, and customer activity. It combines summary cards, charts, and ranked lists on one page.
Where do I find the dashboard?
Select Dashboard from the FieldTask web app’s left sidebar. The help guide also identifies the Dashboard as the page you reach after logging in.
Can I filter Dashboard information by time period?
Yes. Top Performers, Jobs, and Top Customers each offer Today, This Week, This Month, and This Year options. The estimated versus actual hours chart supports weekly and monthly views.
What job information does the Dashboard show?
It shows today’s job count and a status chart with counts for jobs marked To Do, In Progress, and Completed. You can change the chart’s period to review daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly activity.
Can I check team attendance from the Dashboard?
Yes. The Today’s Attendance widget displays total, present, and absent member counts. Its shortcut opens the Attendance page when you need to review individual records.
What revenue and sales figures can I review?

How are team performance and customer activity displayed?
Top Performers lists ranked members with their completed job counts. Top Customers lists customers with completed job counts and amounts paid. Both sections have their own period selectors.
Can I compare estimated job time with actual completion time?
Yes. The Estimated vs. Actual Job Hours chart compares estimated hours with the time taken to complete jobs. Weekly and monthly views help you identify differences between planned and recorded work time.
