What does "Charge My Agency" and "Charge Sub Account" Mean?

Learn the difference between the two payment options available for FieldTask after your Free Trial ends.

When installing FieldTask on a Sub Account, you can choose how the subscription will be paid for after the Free Trial period ends.

FieldTask provides two payment options:

  • Charge My Agency
  • Charge Sub Account

Charge My Agency

Selecting Charge My Agency means your HighLevel Agency account will be responsible for paying for the FieldTask subscription.

This option allows the Agency to cover the cost of FieldTask for the Sub Account.

Charge Sub Account

Selecting Charge Sub Account means the individual Sub Account will be responsible for paying for the FieldTask subscription.

This option allows the Sub Account to manage its own FieldTask subscription payments.
