How to Complete a Job using the FieldTask Mobile App?

To complete a job, you must first start the job. Log in to your FieldTask Account through the FieldTask Mobile App. As a Field Technician, or Member as they are called in FieldTask, you will be directly taken to the Jobs page.

Now, go to the job details page of the job you are going to and let them know that you are on the way by tapping the On My Way button.

You can choose whether you want to send it through

• Text
• Email
• Or Both

And choose an estimated time of arrival before hitting Send.

Now, check into the job.

Once checked in, you can begin your work while the FieldTask app tracks it for you.

Mark Line Items as Done if you finish them.

Some Line Items may require you to send evidence to mark them as Done.

You can also send Before Images if needed.

Notes are also available. If needed, you can send notes as well.

Now, if you are done with all your work, slide the slider left to check out.

Or tap the stop button on the Job Details page.

You will be prompted to send evidence to finish this process.

Once you have done so, your job will be marked as complete.
