How to View a Customer’s Job History in FieldTask

Learn how to view the jobs completed for a specific customer from the FieldTask Customers page.

You can view a customer's job history directly from their Customer Details page.

To view a customer's job history:

• From the left sidebar, go to Customers.

• Find and click the Customer whose job history you want to view.

You will be taken to the customer's Details page.

• Open the job history section to view a tabular list of the jobs completed for that customer.

This gives you an organized view of the jobs your team has completed for the selected customer.
