How to Edit a Quote in FieldTask

Learn how to edit a Quote and understand which details can and cannot be changed.

To edit a Quote:

• From the left sidebar, go to Quotes.
• Find the Quote you want to edit.
• Click the three-dot menu beside the Quote.
• Select Edit.

You will be taken to the Quote Edit page, where you can make changes to the Quote.

What You Cannot Edit

The following Quote details cannot be changed:

• Issue Date
• Expiry Date
• Customer
• Service Location
• CRM Opportunity

Which Quotes Can Be Edited?

You can edit:

• Drafted Quotes
• Sent Quotes

📌 Note: If you edit a Sent Quote, you will need to resend it after making your changes.
