How to Approve Jobs in FieldTask

Learn how to review submitted jobs and approve them from the Job Approval page in FieldTask.

Once your team members have submitted their completed jobs, you can review the submitted evidence before approving the job.

To approve a job:

• From the left sidebar, go to Jobs.
• Select Job Approval.

The Job Approval page will display a list of jobs that are awaiting approval.

• Select the job you want to review.
• Click the View option to review the submitted evidence.

Once you have reviewed the job and everything is correct:

• Click Approve.

The submitted job will then be approved.
