The FieldTask Mobile App provides notifications to help you stay updated on your jobs and avoid missing important assignments or appointments.

You can access your notifications directly from the Mobile App.

You can receive notifications for:

• Job Assignments – Get notified when a new job is assigned to you.
• Job Reminders – Receive a reminder 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of a job.
• Missed Jobs – Get notified when you miss a scheduled job, if your Organization has enabled this feature.

❗ Please Note: Missed Job notifications are only available if your Organization allows jobs to be missed.

These notifications help Field Technicians stay on top of their schedules, respond to new assignments quickly, and keep track of upcoming jobs.
