You can quickly contact your customers directly from the FieldTask Mobile App while working on a job.
To send a text message to a customer:
- Open the Job Details page for the job associated with the customer.
- Tap the communication option to view the available contact methods.
- From the pop-up, select Text Message.
- Compose your message.
- Send the text message directly to the customer.
This makes it easy to provide updates, share important information, or communicate with customers without leaving the Job Details page.
