How to Sign In to the FieldTask Mobile App?

To sign in to the FieldTask Mobile App, you will first need to download and install the app. The FieldTask Mobile App is available for both:

• Android
• iOS

To sign in to the FieldTask Mobile App:

• Once the app has been downloaded, open it on your mobile device.
• Enter the email address and password associated with the credentials you received when FieldTask was installed on your Sub Account.

Signing In After Being Invited to a FieldTask Organization

If you were invited to someone else's FieldTask Organization, you will need to complete your account setup before signing in to the mobile app.

To set up your account after receiving an invitation:

• Open the email address where the FieldTask invitation was sent.
• Click the invitation link in the email.
• Enter the following information:
• • Full Name
  • New Password

• Once your account has been set up, open the FieldTask Mobile App.
• Sign in using your email address and the new password you created.
