How to Remove/Uninstall FieldTask from a HighLevel Sub Account?

Learn how to remove FieldTask from a HighLevel Sub Account or from your Agency account.

If you no longer want to use FieldTask on a particular Sub Account, you can uninstall it directly from the HighLevel App Marketplace.

To uninstall FieldTask:

• From your GHL Dashboard, go to Marketplace from the left sidebar.

• Find FieldTask using either:
• • The Categories section
  • The Search Bar

• Click FieldTask to open its Marketplace page.
• Click the three horizontal dots beside Install to more sub-acc.
• Select Uninstall.

Remove FieldTask from a Sub Account

If FieldTask is installed on multiple Sub Accounts:

• Search for the Sub Account you want to remove FieldTask from.
• Select the checkbox to the left of that Sub Account.
• Click Continue.

Remove FieldTask from Your Agency

If you want to uninstall FieldTask from your Agency instead:

• Select the checkbox to the left of the Agency name.
• Click Continue.

Complete the Uninstall

Before uninstalling, you will be asked to provide a reason for removing FieldTask.

• Select or enter your reason for uninstalling.
• Click Uninstall.

FieldTask will then be removed from the selected Sub Account or Agency.
