How FieldTask Counts Users for Pricing

Learn how FieldTask determines the number of users in your Organization.

FieldTask user limits are based on the number of Members in your FieldTask Organization, not the number of users or Sub Accounts in HighLevel where FieldTask is installed.

The Organization Owner is not counted as a user.

For example:

• If your FieldTask Organization has 5 Members in addition to the Owner, FieldTask will consider your Organization to have 5 users.

Your selected FieldTask package will depend on the total number of Members in your Organization.
