How to View Completed Jobs in FieldTask

Learn how to find and review completed jobs from different sections of FieldTask.

Completed jobs can be viewed from multiple areas in FieldTask. You can choose the view that works best depending on whether you want to see jobs on a map, calendar, list, or review submitted proof.

Jobs on Map

The Jobs on Map section allows you to view completed jobs based on their assigned locations.

• Apply the Completed filter to display completed jobs on the map.

The completed jobs will appear on the map according to their assigned locations.

Dispatch

You can also view completed jobs from the Dispatch page.

• Apply the Completed filter to display completed jobs on the Dispatch map.

The completed jobs will be shown based on their assigned locations.

Scheduling Calendar

The Scheduling Calendar displays completed jobs as job cards on the calendar.

Completed jobs can be identified by the tick icon displayed on the top right of the job card beside the assignee icon.

All Jobs

You can view completed jobs from the All Jobs section under Jobs.

• Open All Jobs.
• Use the Filter by Status option.
• Select Completed.

The page will then display your completed jobs in a list format.

Job Proof

The Job Proof page contains a list of completed jobs with their proof submission status.

Completed jobs can be filtered by:

• Submitted
• Approved
• Rejected

You can click the View option to see all submitted information associated with the job.

This allows you to review the submitted proofs and other job-related data.

📌 Note: Jobs with other statuses, such as Unscheduled, Scheduled, and Missed, can be viewed using similar filters across the relevant FieldTask sections.
