How to View Jobs on the Mobile App?

Learn how to view assigned jobs, switch between job statuses, and see your jobs on a map in the FieldTask Mobile App.

Navigate to the Jobs section to view your list of assigned jobs.

View Jobs Based on Your Role

The jobs you can view depend on your role within the Organization.

If you are the Organization Owner or an Organization Admin, you can view:

• Employee Jobs

• Your Own Jobs

If you are an Employee, you can only view jobs assigned to you.

Job List Views

Regardless of your role, the Jobs section is divided into four different views:

• All: Shows all of your jobs, regardless of their status.

• To Do: Shows jobs that are scheduled for work.

• Submitted: Shows jobs that have been completed and are pending review.

• Missed: Shows jobs that you have missed.

❗ Please Note: The Missed section will only be available if your Organization allows jobs to be missed.

View Jobs on the Map

You can also view your assigned jobs on a Map.

Use the Date Picker to view jobs scheduled for other dates on the Map.
