Can My Tracked Route Be Seen on the FieldTask Mobile App?

Learn how to view tracked routes from the Route Map section of the FieldTask Mobile App and understand who has access to them.

You can view your tracked route directly from the FieldTask Mobile App through the Route Map section.

To view a tracked route:

• Open the FieldTask Mobile App.
• Open the left-side menu.
• Select Route Map.

The Route Map will display the tracked route information available to you based on your role in the Organization.

Who Can See Tracked Routes?

Access to Route Maps depends on your role within the Organization.

• Organization Owners and Admins can view the Route Maps of all Organization Members.
• Members can only view their own Route Map.

This means tracked routes are not automatically visible to every user in the Organization. Route Map access is determined by your role in FieldTask.
