How to Create a Job from the FieldTask Mobile App?

To assign jobs from the FieldTask Mobile App, click the ‘+’ option on the bottom bar.

Click on the Add Customer option.

The Process is divided into four sections.

Basic Info

In this section, provide,

  • Job Name
  • Job Description
  • Theme Colour

Customer Location

In this section, provide,

  • Customer
  • Location

Schedule

In this section, provide,

  • Assignee
  • Start Date
  • Start Time
  • End Date
  • End Time

Items & Documents

If it is a job you want to give your field technicians the freedom to choose their own start time, choose Anytime.

If it is a recurring job, choose Repeat Job and select how you want the job to repeat.

Click Create Job to finish the process.
