How can I add jobs to my FieldTask Organisation without going through GHL

To add a new job without going through GHL, you can create jobs on FieldTask through:

• Quick Actions
• All Job

From the left sidebar, click on the Quick Actions menu and then on the Jobs option.

From the left sidebar, click on All Jobs under the Jobs section.

From the All Jobs page, click on the Create Job button on the top right.

Both options will take you to the Job Creation form. On this form, provide:

• Job Name
• Customer
• Job Description
• Job Location
• Assignee
• When to Schedule the Job for
• The Start Date and Time
• The End Date and Time
• Relevant Documents
• If it is a recurring job, provide information on how the job recurs
• Line Items

If you want to, choose a theme colour for the job. Not choosing one will cause the system to use the default colours. Finish the process by clicking Create Job.
