How to Add Line Items to a Job on FieldTask?

If you want to add line items to new jobs, you can follow the how to create jobs or schedule jobs.

But if you want to add line items to existing jobs, you can do so from by finding the jobs from

  • The Scheduling Calendar

Once you have accessed the job, click on the edit option.

At the bottom of your job edit page, click the Add items button.

On the pop-up form:

  • Choose whether it’s a Product or a Service
  • Give the Item a Name
  • Describe the Item
  • Input Quantity
  • Input Price
  • Choose whether you need evidence for the Line Item

Click on Save to add the line item to the job.
