How to Add Line Items to a Job in FieldTask

Learn how to add Products or Services as Line Items when creating a job in FieldTask.

To add a Line Item:

• At the bottom of the Job Creation page, click Add Items.

A pop-up form will appear. Provide the following information:

• Item Type — Choose whether the item is a Product or Service.
• Item Name
• Description
• Quantity
• Price
• Evidence Requirement — Choose whether Proof is required for the Line Item.

• Click Save to add the Line Item to the job.

Select Existing Products or Services

If you already have Products or Services saved in the Products module, you can select them directly when adding a Line Item.

• Choose Product as the Item Type.
• Click the Item Name field.
• A drop-down will appear showing your saved Products.
• Select the Product you want to add.

Similarly:

• Choose Service as the Item Type.
• Click the Item Name field.
• The drop-down will show your saved Services.
• Select the Service you want to add.

This allows you to quickly add existing Products or Services to a job without entering their details again.
