FieldTask packages are based on the number of Members in your Organization. When your Member count increases and moves into the range of a higher package, FieldTask automatically updates your package to match your Organization size.

For example:

• You join FieldTask with 7 Members.
• Your Organization is placed on the Standard package (6 - 10 Users).
• A month later, you add 5 more Members, increasing your Organization size to 12 Users.
• Since 12 Users falls under the Pro package range (11 - 20 Users), your package will automatically switch to Pro.

Unlike systems where you need to contact support and wait for a package change to be processed, FieldTask handles package adjustments automatically.

When your Member count moves into the range of another package:

• Your package will update automatically.
• You will receive an email notification informing you about the change.

This ensures your subscription stays aligned with your current Organization size as your team grows.
