FieldTask packages are based on the number of Members in your Organization. If your Member count changes and falls into the range of another package, FieldTask automatically adjusts your package so you only pay for what matches your Organization size.

For example:

• You join FieldTask with 7 Members.
• Your Organization is placed on the Standard package (6 - 10 Users).
• A month later, 2 Members leave, reducing your Organization size to 5 Users.
• Since 5 Users falls under the Starter package range (1 - 5 Users), your package will automatically switch to Starter.

This prevents you from paying for a higher package when your Organization no longer meets the required user range.

Unlike systems where you need to contact support, wait for a ticket, and wait for a resolution before changing packages, FieldTask handles package adjustments automatically.

When your Member count moves into the range of another package:
