How to Convert Opportunities into Jobs in FieldTask

Learn how to bring your HighLevel (GHL) Opportunities into FieldTask as Jobs.

FieldTask allows you to convert Opportunities from GHL into Jobs. You can control whether you want to bring Opportunities into FieldTask and choose which pipeline stage should trigger the conversion.

Enable Opportunity to Job Conversion

To access these settings:

• From the left sidebar, go to Settings.
• Select CRM Pipeline Settings.

From this page, you can:

• Toggle the option to bring Opportunities into FieldTask.
• Choose the Pipeline Stage from which Opportunities should be brought into FieldTask.

Once enabled, Opportunities that match your selected settings will be converted into Jobs in FieldTask.
