How to Delete or Archive a Quote in FieldTask

Learn how to remove a Draft Quote or archive a Sent Quote in FieldTask.
To delete a Quote:
- From the left sidebar, go to Quotes.
- Find the Quote you want to remove.
- Click the three-dot menu beside the Quote.
- Select Delete.
A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Click Delete Draft to confirm.
Draft Quotes
Draft Quotes can be permanently deleted using the Delete option.
Sent Quotes
Sent Quotes cannot be deleted. Instead, they can be archived.
This means that once a Quote has been sent, you can remove it from your active Quotes without permanently deleting it by using the Archive option.
