How to Disable Missed Job Status in FieldTask

Learn how to remove the Missed Job status from your Organization and keep jobs available to be completed at a later time.

FieldTask allows you to choose whether jobs should be marked as Missed when they are not completed within the scheduled timeframe.

If you disable Missed Jobs, jobs will remain available for employees to work on in the future instead of being moved into a Missed status.

Disable Missed Jobs

To turn off the Missed Job status:

• From the left sidebar, go to Settings.
• Select Employee Settings.

• Find the Missed Jobs option.
• Toggle the setting to disable Missed Jobs.

Once disabled, the Missed status will be removed from:

• Dashboard Statistics
• All Jobs Window
• Customer Job History
• All Jobs List

You also have the option to convert previously missed jobs back into scheduled jobs.

This allows your Organization to continue managing those jobs without the Missed status being applied.
