How to Download Job Details as a PDF in FieldTask?

Learn how to download job information as a PDF from the Job Details page in FieldTask.

FieldTask allows you to do more than generate shareable links for jobs. You can also convert job information into a PDF and download it directly to your device.

Open the Job Details Page

To download a job as a PDF, first open the Job Details page.

You can access it from either the Scheduling Page or the All Jobs page.

From the Scheduling Page

  • Go to the Scheduling Page.
  • Click the job card from the calendar.
  • Click the Details button on the sub menu on the right.

From the All Jobs Page

  • Go to the All Jobs page.
  • Click the Job Title or the Preview for the job you want to open.

Download the Full Job PDF

Once you are on the Job Details page:

  • Click Download PDF.

The PDF download will begin automatically.

Download a Filtered Job PDF

You can also download a PDF through the Share option on the Job Details page.

  • Click Share.

From the sharing panel, choose what you want to include in the PDF:

  • Whole Job
  • Photos Only
  • Documents Only

This allows you to download either the complete job information or only the specific job content you need.
