How to Hide or Show Line Item Pricing for Field Techs in FieldTask

Learn how to control whether your field technicians can view Line Item pricing and job value in FieldTask.

FieldTask allows you to manage the visibility of Line Item pricing and the overall job value shown to employees.

To show or hide Line Item pricing:

• From the left sidebar, go to Settings.
• Select Employee Settings.

• On the Employee Settings page, find the Line Item Pricing option.
• Toggle the setting On or Off based on whether you want field technicians to view Line Item pricing and job value.

• Once updated, your selected setting will determine whether field technicians can see Line Item pricing and job value for jobs assigned to them.

While pricing details visibility is enabled, your field techs can generate invoices from the mobile app right from the field!
