You can contact your customers directly from the FieldTask Mobile App without leaving the job.

To send an email to a customer:

• Open the Job Details for the job associated with the customer.
• Tap the communication icon to access the available contact options.

• From the pop-up, select Email.

• Compose your message.
• Send the email directly to the customer associated with the job.

This makes it easy to keep customers updated, share important information, or follow up while you're working in the field.
